This Privacy Policy describes how ShiftMaker Pro handles your information when you use our app.
ShiftMaker Pro stores all your shift schedules, employee data, and wage information locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to external servers.
ShiftMaker Pro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for the purpose of serving personalized ads, subject to your app tracking preferences set via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

If you choose to export your shift schedule as an image, the app will request access to your photo library solely to save that image. We do not read, upload, or access any other photos on your device.
We may use anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as Apple's opt-in analytics) to understand general usage patterns and improve the app. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information.
